Adam Copeland Confirms he broke his Tibia at Double or Nothing over the weekend - Will Require Surgery

Current TNT Champion Adam Copeland had a HELL of a match against Malakai Black this past weekend at AEW Double or Nothing in a successful title defense in a barbed wire cage where we saw him reunite with his former mentor Gangrel. But unfortunately, it seems that the House truly does always win. During the match, there was a spot where Copeland climbed to the top of the cage and dived off the top to attempt to hit Black with an elbow drop from roughly 20 ft above the ring. When he landed, he landed directly on his feet which in turn didn't agree with his Tibia. You can view the spot below

It surely was a bit of a nasty spill and below you can Adam Copeland did take to twitter earlier today to confirm that he is on crutches and will need surgery on his Tibia.

With Adam Copeland now out of action for the foreseeable future, the question is, what will now be the future of the TNT Championship?
