Becky Lynch Helps Seth Rollins Retain World Heavyweight Title At WWE Clash in Paris

WWE has a new real-life couple linked up on television.

WWE Clash in Paris went down at the Paris La Défense Arena in Nanterre, France. The main event included a very unexpected ending.

LA Knight spoke before the event during the kickoff show, and he had a lot to say, even accusing Jey Uso of stealing the Yeet from his Yeah. He also said that Uce may have jacked his glasses idea. Those two had some beef to settle, and CM Punk was also in the mix in a big way to take that title from Seth Rollins.

CM Punk, Jey Uso, and LA Knight ended up working together, and they set up a table to put Rollins through it. However, Uce hit Punk with a cheap shot to take him down before that could happen, and Rollins crawled away. Then Uce and Rollins fought through the crowd.

The match continued, and everyone eventually ended up in the ring. There were some tense moments, where it looked like this could be anyone’s match. Punk and Rollins ended up fighting on the apron over the table at ringside, and then LA Knight threw Punk through that table to take him out.

Knight nailed a BFT, but Jey broke up the pin. The match kept going, and LA Knight crashed and burned through the announce table off a top rope elbow drop. Jey Uso nailed a spear and a Uso Splash on Rollins, but CM Punk took him out with an elbow drop. Punk hit a GTS on Uso, but then Rollins nailed a stomp on Punk for another near fall.

Rollins told Punk that he wanted him to go away and retire. He hates his stupid family and fans. Then he went to get a chair before he hit Knight and Uce with a stomp. Then Punk hit Rollins with a chair and nailed two GTS moves to put the final nail in the coffin. Then, out of nowhere, as he was trying to get that second move off, a masked person slid in the ring and low-blowed Punk so Rollins could nail a stomp and win the match.
