Noam Dar returns on WWE NXT, wins Heritage Cup

Playing off a segment from Saturday’s Stand & Deliver event where they made the Heritage Cup trophy disappear, magicians Penn and Teller made another appearance on Tuesday’s episode, only promising to return the trophy to King if he agreed to defend it on Tuesday’s show.

King agreed, and Noam Dar quickly worked on the former trophy holder in his NXT return. Dar suffered an injury last May that was attributed to Ethan Page in storyline. Page was also present for Tuesday’s show, helping King attack North American Champion Ricky Saints in a backstage segment.

Saints will defend their title against King on next week’s WWE NXT episode. Had King retained, the Heritage Cup also would have been on the line in next week’s contest.
