Paul Walter Hauser wins his first Professional Wrestling Title.

Paul Walter Hauser has won his first-ever professional wrestling championship.

Hauser competed in a five-way for the PROGRESS Proteus Championship against Simon Miller, Effy, Charles Crowley, and Adam Priest at PROGRESS' Chapter 179 show in Las Vegas.

During a match in which he hit a Rolling Senton to the floor, Hauser managed to pick up the win after recovering from two chair shots from Adam Priest and connecting with his Haus Arrest finisher to Priest on a steel chair.

Paul Walter Hauser - primarily known for his acting exploits - has been wrestling since 2023 for MLW, DEFY, and Wrestling REVOLVER. Chapter 179 was his PROGRESS debut.

When Paul Walter Hauser will defend the Proteus Title is unknown, but he revealed to Cultaholic Wrestling that he would like David Arquette to be a corner man for one of his matches as champion. Hauser also joked that this could lead to a Hollywood Hauser gimmick inspired by the worst of Hulk Hogan.
