Stephanie Vaquer makes a surprise appearance on WWE NXT via Video Cameo

Stephanie Vaquer made her presence felt on Tuesday.

The end of NXT saw a press conference being held between NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez and Giulia ahead of their match on next week’s NXT premiere on The CW. The show closed with a voice being heard as Giulia was answering a question. As Byron Saxton asked whoever it was to wait until they were called, it was revealed that Vaquer was on the video screen. Vaquer asked the two competitors what were they going to do when they have her waiting on the other side of their NXT Women’s Championship match. Stephanie Vaquer is in NXT

The show ended with a staredown between the champion and the challenger, with Vaquer right in the middle.

NXT Makes it's CW Premiere Next Tuesday in Chicago

The former CMLL Women’s Champion stock rose earlier in the year following appearances on New Japan Strong and at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door, where she lost the New Japan Strong Women’s title to Mercedes Mone. In July, Shawn Micheals welcomed Vaquer to NXT, shortly after it was announced that Vaquer was stripped of both the CMLL Women’s and CMLL Women’s Tag Team titles. She made her in-ring debut for WWE during a house show in Mexico City days later, defeating Isla Dawn.
